Quotes include all direct consulting time, standard administrative tasks, and project management oversight. Any third-party software subscriptions or ad spend are handled separately.
What are your payment terms?
Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance to ensure dedicated capacity. One-time projects such as website creation will require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remainder due upon completion.
How do you handle cancellations or refunds?
You can cancel monthly services with 30 days' notice at any time. Refunds are generally not provided for work already performed, but we always strive to find a fair resolution.

What boundaries are set for weekend or after-hours work?
To maintain high-quality results, we observe clear boundaries. We operate Monday through Friday, and while our systems run 24/7, our consulting team is offline during weekends and public holidays.
